Work has become more complex. Roles change faster. Decisions ripple wider. And leaders are often asked to hold more context than any system was designed to support.

We exist to change that.

The Team

The Being Collective team is led by Natalie Alonso and Bridgette Pla, whose experiences span organizational psychology, people leadership, HR strategy, entrepreneurship, and lived experience navigating modern work systems.

Together, they bring both depth and range—combining strategic system design with an instinct for how work actually feels on the inside.

Bridgette Pla

Co-Founder

Bridgette brings over 25 years of experience in organizational psychology and people leadership, including serving as Chief People Officer and Head of Organizational Design across a range of boardrooms and growth stages.

Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of how teams function—and where systems quietly break down. Living with dyslexia, Bridgette has an intuitive ability to think strategically, spot patterns others miss, and design structures that make work clearer and more humane.

She is especially skilled at helping organizations move from well-intentioned values to practices leaders and managers can actually sustain. Her work centers on effectiveness, clarity, and creating conditions where people can contribute their best without unnecessary friction.

Natalie Alonso

Co-Founder

Natalie brings a background in HR strategy, executive communications, and entrepreneurship, paired with firsthand experience navigating work as a neurodivergent professional.

Her career illuminated the gap between how work systems are designed and how many people actually operate—particularly when it comes to communication, decision-making, and accommodations that unintentionally create more friction than support.

Natalie’s strength lies in translation: helping leaders articulate what matters, clarifying expectations, and designing systems that feel fair, transparent, and usable. Her work is driven by a belief that clarity is not control—it’s an act of care.
